What is ECOLITERACYSCHOOL?

 “SCHOOL” is actually an acronym and stands for Students Collaborating in Health-Oriented Outdoor Learning. The purpose of EcoliteracySCHOOL is to promote ecological literacy which is the understanding of how our ecosystems work together through mentor- mentee relationships between University of Minnesota Rochester students and Pine Island students, various leadership roles and Field experiences.
