Naturalist
Through an outdoor activity in FE2, the naturalist was able to build teamwork and raise ecological literacy around animals living in S.E Minnesota and their purpose in our environment
Food Sustainability Coordinator
The Food Sustainability Coordinator was able to illustrate ways to be sustainable with our plastic use by demonstrating how Eco- bricks can be a way to keep plastic out of landfills and repurpose them.
Exercise and Physical Activity Leader
Promoted the importance of exercise, but especially exercise outdoors and its benefits for human health.
